Omawumi is missing from action at this year's Nigerian Breweries sponsored Star Trek, the biggest music concert in Africa because of her relationship with another brand, Guinness. Sources close to her disclosed to ENCOMIUM Weekly that Omawumi performs, at least six times in a month.
The magazine also goes on to report that she's billed to perform for the South Africa President, Jacob Zuma, on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
Of all the female music artistes Omawumi has the highest number of endorsements (Konga, Mortein, GLO & Malta Guinness) she is followed closely by Tiwa Savage who has 3 confirmed endorsements (Pepsi, Forte Oil & MTN). The report claims Omawumi's GLO deal is worth N25 million.
Omawumi reportedly moved into her own home in the Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos in January, 2014 and the house is said to have cost her N100 million. She also recently acquired a 2012 ML 350 Mercedes worth about about N12.5 million.
