Adele To Perform ‘Skyfall’ At Oscars

British pop singer Adele could make her first public appearance since giving birth as part of a James Bond tribute planned for next month's Oscars ceremony.

Adele could perform her theme song for Skyfall as part of a tribute to James Bond planned for next month's Academy Awards, according to rumours.

The British singer, who has not performed live since giving birth to her first child last October, is expected to be nominated for the Best Original Song prize at the film awards ceremony.

It was also confirmed at the weekend that the Oscars would pay tribute to the James Bond film franchise, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year.

This has led celebrity websites such as Ace Showbiz to speculate that the 24-year-old will make her live comeback as part of the Bond tribute segment.

Skyfall, which was directed by Sam Mendes and stars Daniel Craig in the lead role, has made more than £616m worldwide at the box office, making it the most successful James Bond film to date.
