Chalk this up to yet another round of rumor roadblocks along Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's road to the altar.
A report surfaced Wednesday claiming that Liam's siblings, Chris Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth, were far from sold on their younger's brother's relationship with the "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks" singer—so unconvinced, in fact, that they allegedly attempted to stage an intervention for Liam to call it quits with his fiancĂ©e.
An insider, however, confirms having no such knowledge that any kind of intervention happened, and exclusively tells E! News that the Hemsworth family has been nothing but supportive of Liam's ladylove.
Our insider says that Liam's family, including Chris, have always been "very welcoming to the entire Cyrus family." The couple's engagement, we're told, is still on, although our source adds that Liam and Miley have yet to set any wedding plans.
In fact, only a few weeks ago, Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky spoke to us about their support for the union. "We're very excited," Pataky said to E! News.
We just want them to live a happy life," Hemsworth added.
Although Miley has raised eyebrows after being spotted several times without her engagement ring, she recently gushed to Elle UK about her fiancé .
"It just seems right to be wearing this ring and to be committed," the 20-year-old popster told the magazine. "But we keep our relationship low-key and don't talk about it anymore."
