Bayelsa Rich Boy Didi Buys N60m Ferrari 458

His name is Didi, and he's from oil-rich Bayelsa. A Big Boy in all rights and one of Mr President's boys…and the first Nigerian to own the speed demon Ferrari F458.

He paid $400K (N60m) for the Ferrari F458 Italia. The car which came in last Saturday was the cynosure of all eyes on its way to Didi.

The 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5 L (270 cu in) V8 engine derived from a shared Ferrari/Maserati design, producing 570 PS (419 kW; 562 hp) at 9,000 rpm and 540 N•m (398 lb•ft) at 6,000 rpm with 80% torque available at 3,250 rpm.


There is actually a Ferrari F458, the Ferrari F458 GTC used in racing…so you can imagine how fast the car is. But I'm sure Didi knows Ferraris aren't built for Nigerian roads…
